I reserved a spot at Viaggia Sereno expecting a smooth experience. Unfortunately, the shuttle took over 30 minutes to arrive during my family’s late-night arrival, and we struggled with heavy bags in a dimly lit area. Customer support was unhelpful and only added to our frustration. Not recommended.

I chose Viaggia Sereno for airport parking, hoping for a hassle-free experience. Unfortunately, when I arrived, there were no available spots, forcing me to search the poorly lit lot with heavy bags. The promised shuttle was slow to arrive, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. I missed my flight due to the chaos and would not recommend their services.
